Reiki Training:

Reiki I Certification Private class consist of two 75 minute classes. Reiki handbook is required. Cost: $160. (Reiki handbook is included in the price)

Reiki II Certification: (Reiki I prerequisite) Private training consist of two 75 minute classes. Reiki handbook is required. Cost: $130 if you have your handbook, $160 if you need a handbook.

Reiki I & II Certification: Private training consisting of three 1.5 hour classes. Cost: $270. Reiki handbook is required and included in the cost of the class.

Reiki Master Certification: (Reiki I & II prerequisite) Private training consist of six 1.5 hour classes. Cost: $450 Reiki Master Handbook is required and included in the price. (There will be an additional $20-$30 out of pocket expense for class supplies.)

Reiki Master Teacher Certification: (Reiki I, II, & Master are prerequisite) Consist if six 1.5 hour classes. 

Cost: $550 Reiki Master Handbook is required.

Luxe Spot: The Luxe Spot is a 90 minute Japanese Head Spa treatment.  The treatment involves multiple steps including detangling, steaming, exfoliation, shampooing, conditioning, hair mask, scalp and neck massage, and serum.  This is a luxerious treatment that will leave you feeling relaxed and your hair feeling super healthy.

Yoni Steam: Vaginal steaming is an ancient practice that is thought to be beneficial in cleansing the vagina and uterus, regulating the menstrual cycle, easing the pain of period cramps/bloating, and aiding in healing/soothing after child birth. The process can also be very meditative.  The process involves sitting over a steaming pot of herb-infused water, generally for 10-30 minutes.  The steam rises and penetrates the vaginal tissue.

Ionic Foot Detox: Relax while toxins are removed from your body through an ionic foot bath.

Chi Machine: Allow the waves of the Chi Machine to relax your lower body, helps with hip and low back pain.

Paraffin Treatment: A warm luxurious dip for your hands or feet (or both). Paraffin removes dead skin cells and leaves your hands and feet moisturized.

Shirodhara: A warm oil treatment for head and scalp with Ayurvedic oils. This treatment will relax you into a meditative state, followed by scalp massage for relaxation.

Halotherapy: (AKA the Salt Room) Ask for your Reiki or Reflexology treatment in the salt room.  Halotherapy has been know to help with inflammation, allergies, and sinus issues.

Reflexology:  Foot Reflexology helps reduces stress, increases circulation, helps break up uric acid and calcium deposits on the reflex points. Reflexology is a great addition to Reiki, Foot Detox, or Paraffin treatments!

Vichy Shower: Relax with a full body sugar scrub.  Full body scrubs exfoliate the skin and help promote circulation.
